Der Europäische Gerichtshof hat mit Urteil vom 16. Oktober 2008 - Az. C-298/07 entschieden, dass eine Telefonnummer nicht zwingend im Impressum eines Telemediendienstes angegeben werden muss. Es sei allerdings eine zweite Kontaktmöglichkeit, etwa eine "elektronische Anfragemaske", neben der E-Mail Adresse anzugeben bzw. zur Verfügung zu stellen.
